About the Holding Company
Setl Group is a largest financial and industrial association in Russia’s North-West. It was established in 1994 as the construction company St. Petersburg Realty, and started up constructing residential houses. Over the years in the business, the holding has grown and expanded its activities, taking leading positions on the region’s promising markets.
Today, Setl Group is a multifaceted investment and industrial group developing its business both in and outside Russia. The holding consolidates several companies specializing in development, general contractor services, sale of construction materials, brokerage on the residential and business real estate market, property management and operation, consulting, information technologies, development of advanced processes and large-scale manufacturing of process equipment, and design of electronics. The holding unites such well-known brands as St. Petersburg Realty Corporation, Setl City, Setlprof, Setvill, Honvill, Praktis, Setl North Europe OY etc.
A key line of the holding’s activity is developer business. Setl City, a company owned by the holding, has been in the business since 1994, building residential and business property in St. Petersburg, Leningrad Oblast, and Kaliningrad and its satellite towns. The company is actively enhancing its construction rates.
Setlprof is a general contractor offering a broad range of construction and assembly work. The company is active as contractor on several sites in St. Petersburg, among which are residential houses, hotels, shopping malls, and business centers. St. Petersburg Realty, a company owned by Setl Group, is a largest broker selling real estate under construction in St. Petersburg and several other Russian cities. The company also provides all kinds of transactions with urban and country realty, having the reputation of a most professional and reliable realtor. In Kaliningrad, the company is represented by the brand Setl Estate.
Apart from Setl City, the holding includes Setvill and Setl North Europe OY, developer companies specializing in construction of cottage neighborhoods in Leningrad Oblast and Finland. Today, these companies are preparing and selling seven cottage neighborhoods of various classes.
Setl North Europe OY is an official dealer renting out cottages in neighborhoods built by the Setl Group holding in Finland.
Praktis is a group of companies offering consulting and brokerage services on the commercial realty market, and managing and operating residential and business real estate.
Setl Group maintains an active regional development policy. The holding has opened branches of its brokerage divisions in several Russian cities: Omsk, Arkhangelsk, Murmansk, Veliky Novgorod, Yaroslavl, Sosnovy Bor, Pskov, Surgut, Kaliningrad, and a few other cities. On the basis of the established branches, the holding considers setting up developer businesses.
