This sections presents statements in accordance with the RFRS of the Issuer (Setl Group, LTD) and sureties (Setl City, LTD, St. Petersburg Realty Project Development Center, LTD, Palmyra, LTD) in connection with the bond issue (series 01).
To provide the interested parties with the most complete and objective information on the Holding’s business as a whole, the section publishes combined statements of Setl Group Holding (St. Petersburg Realty Corporation) made in accordance with the IFRS. The KPMG international company acts as an auditor of joint accounts.
