According to the Information Disclosing Regulations approved by the FFMS order 06-117/pz-n of 10,10,2006, the “Setl Group” Limited Company must give duplicates of news, registered decisions on capital issue (subsidiary capital issue), securities booklets, reports on capital issue results (subsidiary capital issue), notifications of capital issue results (subsidiary capital issue), quarterly reports and other records, disclosure of which is stated in Chapter VIII and X of the mentioned Regulations, on request of a holder of issuer’s securities or any other person concerned, for a term within 7 days of the date of request, to payment within the duplicate production costs.
