Setl Group Starts the Construction of a Business Center in Moskovsky District
Setl Group has started the construction of an 11-storey class B business center about 30,000 sq. m in total area (the net saleable area being 21,300 sq. m) with an attached multi-storeyed parking garage at: lit. A, 153, Leninsky Prospect. It is expected that the construction will be completed in the 1st quarter of 2014. Sales will be opened within the nearest months.

Setl Group Successfully Discharges Bonds Retirement Obligations under Irrevocable Offer
On February 20th, Setl Group’s non-convertible interest-bearing documentary bonds were redeemed under the previously announced irrevocable offer. All in all, more than a third of the issue were redeemed in the course of the offer.

Setl Group Acquires Another Land Plot in the Baltic Pearl Project
Setl City (a company of Setl Group) has made with CJSC Baltic Pearl a contract of sublease of a land plot 40,198 sq. m in area located along Matisov Canal, where it plans to erect a new comfort-class residential estate. The roughly estimated volume of investment in the project is 5 billion roubles. It is expected that the construction and sales will be started as early as in the summer of 2012.

Setl Group Commissions «Tokyo» RC in St.Petersburg
Development company Setl City (a company of Setl Group) has received a permission for commissioning of «Tokyo» residential complex in Primorsky District of St. Petersburg on Mebelnaya Street. The complex with total area of about 50,000 sq m was commissioned in full compliance with the previously stated deadline. The procedure of apartment transferring to the clients has started.
