Setlprof (a company of the Setl Group holding) completed the integrated major repair of Secondary Comprehensive School No. 319, located at 5 Blan-Menilskaya Street, Bldg. A in Petrodvorets. The commission signed the acceptance report for the project on August 19. The building’s total area is 5841 sq. m.
Setlprof performed the contractor’s functions for the project. The Construction Committee of St. Petersburg was the Project Owner.
The work on the site was started in November 2009 and took less than one year. In that time, the company’s personnel completed the full set of general construction and finishing work, installed indoor and exterior utility lines, and landscaped the adjacent area. Today, the school is perfectly ready for a new school year, and the schoolchildren will proceed to their classes in repaired and renovated school spaces.
