Ilya Yeremenko headed Setl City instead of Vasily Selivanov, also becoming a member of the Setl Group holding top management.

Ilya Yeremenko began his career with St. Petersburg Realty in 1994, actually from the day of its incorporation. In 1997, he founded and headed St. Petersburg Realty Project Development Center LLC belonging to the corporation of the same name. In 2006, he established and headed Praktis Consulting & Brokerage, a company that later also became part of the Setl Group holding (the new name of St. Petersburg Realty Corporation.) As of this day, both companies have leading positions on St. Petersburg’s primary housing market and business realty segment, providing brokerage and consulting services to individuals and corporations. In 2010, Ilya Yeremenko was promoted to the top management of the Setl Group holding.
