Development company Setl City (a company of Setl Group) has received permission for commissioning of «Tokyo» residential complex in Primorsky District of St. Petersburg on Mebelnaya Street. The complex with total area of about 50,000 sq m was commissioned in full compliance with the previously stated deadline. The procedure of apartment transferring to the clients has started.

Let us recall that «Tokyo» residential complex is a bright and expressive architectural composition of three modern 25-storey buildings. The design provides for a combined façade and cold glazing of all balconies and loggias. A beautiful view of the parks of Primorsky District, lakes and the Gulf of Finland opens from the windows of apartments of the complex above the 17th floor.

Residential complex contains 711 apartments, more than 96% of which are already sold. A distinctive feature of apartments is the most convenient and rational layout, spacious kitchens-living rooms. The apartments are fully finished; there are high-quality reinforced plastic windows with micro ventilation system, heating units with thermostats, high-quality metal entrance doors.

Residential complex is equipped with modern lifts with a descent to the parking level, a mechanical cold water treatment system, fire protection systems, video monitoring system of the complex' territory, centralized dispatching system, «intercom» system with a possibility of connecting «video» functions in each apartment, digital telephony, high-speed Internet, satellite and cable TV.

There is also an underground parking for 94 cars in the complex. The built-in spaces are intended for offices. At the moment, residential care works in the territory of the yard are under completion. As a result, children's playground and areas for recreation will appear.

Let us note that total sellable area of the projects of Setl Group Holding commissioned in 2011, is 22.6% higher than a similar figure for 2010.
