A New House is Being Built in Setl City Kaliningrad’s AlpenPark Residential Estate

Setl City Kaliningrad (a company of Setl Group) has started the construction of house No. 4 within the Alpenpark business-class residential estate being built by the company in Svetlogorsk. All in all, 5 houses about 17,000 sq. m in total living area will be built here by the year 2017, the first two of them having been already commissioned.
There will be 83 one-, two- and three-room apartments 3,900 sq. m in total area in house No. 4. The varying number of storeys (6 to 8 storeys) makes it possible to preserve as much as possible the unusual local terrain configuration. The basement of the building will house tenants' store-rooms about 500 sq. m in total area. Commissioning is expected in the 4th quarter of 2016.
The project is distinguished by rational layouts, spacious public spaces and a well thought-out arrangement of the fenced courtyard. A video surveillance system with video recording is installed on stair landings and on the area surrounding the house. Entrance wickets to the courtyard will be equipped with a video intercom system, and automatic entrance gates are provided for.
All apartments in the house will be handed over after pre-fine finishing and will have 5-chamber metal-plastic window units with selectively coated double glazed units and quality metal entrance doors. Loggia glazing, installation of imported noiseless elevators, cable TV and high-speed Internet are provided for.
AlpenPark is being built in a developed area near Tikhoye lake and Kaliningradsky avenue, at a 10 minutes’ walking distance from the Baltic Sea and at half an hour’s driving distance from Kaliningrad using a new highway, Baltic Ring, which will also connect Svetlogorsk with Kaliningrad and Zelenogradsk. The Olymp sports complex with an outdoor swimming-pool and tennis courts is situated in immediate proximity to the AlpenPark residential estate.
