An "English" Fountain is Launched in Setl City’s London Residential Estate
2017 june 19
Setl City and Petersburg Real Estate (companies of the Setl Group) have held a celebration for buyers of apartments in the London RE in honor of the launch of the fountain. The event took place on the Square of Europe on June 17. 2,000 people took part in it. Trafalgar Square in the center of the British capital (and it was this square that served as the model for creating the ensemble of the Square of Europe) is difficult to imagine without pigeons. That is why, the birds were part of the flash mob held in the London RE on June 17. Residents of the London RE brought to the festival paper pigeons made by their own hands. Guests of the celebrations took part in master classes and competitions and had their pictures taken against the background of the London red booth and a double-decker. Setl City is decorating the London estate in the English style; the design of the hallways and common facilities in the houses include recognizable images of Big Ben and Tower Bridge. The wide pedestrian Square of Europe with the fountain in the center reminds you of one of the main sights of London, Trafalgar Square. At present, the construction of the Seven Capitals residential area is at its final stage. The Vienna residential area has been completed, and in 2018 the last houses in the London estate will be commissioned. Petersburg Real Estate, the exclusive broker of the project, has sold almost all apartments in the Seven Capitals, there are very few vacant spaces. The Seven Capitals residential area is distinguished by a well-developed social, shopping and servicing infrastructure. A school for 600 pupils and two kindergartens have been opened there, and one kindergarten is being prepared for a hand-over to the municipal authorities. In April 2017, a shopping center more than 5,600 square meters in area was opened in the London estate. Now the buyers of apartments in the new estate can use the services of the fitness center Fitness Life; a SPAR supermarket, a children's goods store Detki and many other facilities work for them.
