In 2019, Setl Group Plans to Have Commissioned 10 Social Facilities, Including 2 Schools

This year, Setl Group plans to have 2 schools and 8 kindergartens commissioned – these facilities are designed for a total of 2,325 persons. They have been designed and are being built entirely at the expense of the developer. Currently, a comprehensive school with two swimming pools in the comfort-class Polustrovo Park housing estate in the Kalininsky district is at the final stage of construction. It is designed for 825 students and will be commissioned in the first quarter of 2019. Setl Group is also building a school for 450 pupils with two swimming pools in the ZimaLeto housing estate in Energetikov Avenue: the planned commissioning time is Q3. Before the first quarter expires, the second kindergarten for 190 children with a swimming pool in the Clear Sky housing estate in Primorsky District is to be commissioned. And by the end of the year, Setl Group is planning to have commissioned a third kindergarten for 220 children with a swimming pool in the same estate and a kindergarten for 160 children in the London quarter of the Seven Capitals residential area in Kudrovo. In 2019, the developer will complete the construction of the residential part of one of its most ambitious projects - GreenLandiya-1,2 near the Devyatkino metro station. Together with the latest stages, two integrated kindergartens will be commissioned for 200 kids by the end of the year. Another two integrated attached kindergartens are scheduled for commissioning along with the buildings of the comfort-class MoreOcean housing estate in Primorsky District – Setl Group is finishing the construction of the estate this year. Besides, the commissioning of Setl Group’s luxury project on Petrovsky Island, Petrovsky. Estate on the Water, is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2019. A detached kindergarten for 160 children will be commissioned as part of the housing estate. Petersburg Real Estate is the exclusive broker of Setl Group’s projects.
