Mirozdanie, Setl City’s New Project in Petrogradskaya Storona

Setl City (a company of Setl Group) has started the construction of a new business-class site at 37, Mira Street. The project of the residential estate that has been given the expressive name Mirozdanie (“The Universe”) has been developed by the Intercolumnium architectural bureau in keeping with the best traditions of Petrogradskaya Storona development. There will be 191 apartments, 13 integrated spaces and an underground car-park for 135 cars in the building. The commissioning of the site is expected late in 2016. St. Petersburg Realty, the exclusive broker of the project, has already started sales of the apartments.
The residential estate will have different numbers of stories (6 to 9 storeys). Buyers are offered apartments of most varying areas, from studios to four-room apartments. Petrogradskaya and Gorkovskaya metro stations are within a walking distance. Not far there are the well-known Andrey Petrov’s “musical” park and the Botanic Garden where an extensive renovation is being completed at the moment.
