Sales Start in One More House of GREENLandiya, Setl City’s Residential Complex

St. Petersburg Realty, the exclusive broker of the Setl City’s GREENLandiya residential estate, (both being companies of Setl Group) has started sales in house No. 2 of the first stage of GREENLandiya residential estate to the west of the Devyatkino metro station and to the north of the Ring Motorway. The construction of the house 29,400 sq. m in total area was started in December 2012. The commissioning of the site is expected in the 1st quarter of 2015. The estimated investment in the construction is 892 million roubles. The brickwork/cast-concrete house with the varying number of storeys (17, 21 and 23 storeys) will have 509 apartments about 17,000 sq. m in total area, one commercial area about 287 sq. m in total area being planned on the ground floor of the building. Apartments of various configurations are on sale, from studios to three-room apartments, and all of them will be sold to buyers after complete fine finishing. The construction of a football field and an open parking lot for more than 300 cars is planned near the house No. 2. In the new estate, emphasis is placed on convenience for future tenants and on the aesthetic aspect of the project. Besides planting trees and grass in the courtyards and arranging playgrounds for children and sports grounds, which has already become a standard, comprehensive improvement of the estate’s area using elements of landscape design is provided for. It should be noted that all in all the company is planning to build about 400,000 sq. m of comfort-class housing on the 30 ha land plot by the year 2020. According to the integrated development standards adopted by Setl City, the new residential estate will also have a supermarket, a bakery, a medical centre, a developmental centre for children, a pharmacy and other shopping and service facilities. Besides, the construction of 5 kindergartens and 1 school is expected in this area.
