Setl City Commissions the Moskva Business-class Housing Estate

Setl City (a company of Setl Group) has put into operation the business-class Moskva (Moscow) housing estate near the Victory Square in St. Petersburg. The project includes a residential building with a total area of more than 31,000 square meters, an integrated kindergarten and an apartment hotel. Two-tier underground car-parks are designed for a total of 499 cars. On the first floor of the residential building and the hotel, there are commercial premises, in which cafés and convenience stores will be opened. The Moskva housing estate was designed in the classical style of Moskovsky Avenue, thanks to which the complex blends in with the existing architectural environment. The single architectural ensemble is formed by sections of varying height, from 6 to 22 storeys. The basement has been faced with dark-brown porcelain gres, which matches the beige-chocolate façades. The Moskva estate offers a large selection of planning solutions: from one-room to four-room flats with 3-meter high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. Flats on the upper floors provide unique views of Moskovsky Prospect, Pulkovsky Park, and the architectural ensemble of the Victory Square. The excellent view characteristics are ensured by the frameless, fully shifted glazing of the loggias. The cozy courtyard of the housing estate is car-free. Access to the building is through a single entrance lobby with a security post and a central reception desk. In the courtyard, there is a recreation area for adults and a kids’ playground with bright rocking chairs on a spring, a sandpit and a gate for futsal. Cotoneaster and Japanese spiraea have been planted in the estate. Besides, an integrated two-storey kindergarten for 50 kids has been built within the residential estate. Three playgrounds with a sandbox, rocking chairs and canopies have been installed for the kindergarten, and there is a sports area with gym facilities. The Moskva estate is located in an upscale lived-in residential area, not far from the exit to Moskovsky Avenue, which allows you to quickly reach the city center. The road to the airport takes only 10 minutes by car. Moskovskaya metro station is within 7 minutes’ walking distance, and a wonderful promenade area, Pulkovo Park, is located within a few minutes’ walking distance. In the immediate proximity to the estate there are several schools and kindergartens. Nearby there are grocery stores, and the Oceanium fitness club. Within walking distance, in Pulkovo Highway, there are shopping malls and big grocery and construction hypermarkets: Castorama, Obi, Metro, Auchan, and Leto shopping and entertainment mall.
