Setl City is Awarded for the Development of the Amenity Infrastructure of Leningrad Region

Setl City (a company of Setl Group) has been awarded the special prize "For a Significant Contribution to the Development of the Amenity Infrastructure of Leningrad Region" at the Consumer’s Trust real estate market contest. The award presentation ceremony took place on December 14 in St. Petersburg. The honorary prize was handed over by Dmitry Lobanovsky, Deputy Chairman of the Committee for State Construction Supervision and State Expert Review of Leningrad Region, to Vitaly Yershov, Director of the Setl City’s Construction Department. The Consumer’s Trust contest was held for the eleventh time. It was instituted by the Real Estate Commission of the Consumer Society of St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region and co-organized by the Russian Guild of Managers and Developers and the Big Real Estate Server. This year, 31 real estate agencies, 46 construction companies, 24 mortgage banks and 52 residential estates participated in the competition. Setl City’s special contribution to the construction of the amenity infrastructure in the region was recognized. In the current year, Setl City has put into operation in Leningrad region a comprehensive school within the GreenLandya-1 project near the Devyatkino metro station for 1,175 children and started building a kindergarten for 160 children in the London residential estate in the Seven Capitals residential area in Kudrovo. As part of the GreenLandya-2 residential estate, two integrated kindergartens are currently under construction, designed for a total of 200 children. Before this year expires, two municipal kindergartens for 240 kids in total will be opened in the first part of the project in Petrovsky and Vorontsovsky Boulevards – the kindergartens were built and fully equipped by the developer.
