Setl City Kaliningrad Commissions Another House in the Zolotiye Peski Residential Estate

Setl City Kaliningrad (a company of Setl Group) has commissioned the third residential house built within the Zolotiye Peski residential estate in the town of Svetlogorsk, Kaliningrad Region. Another three houses of the project are under construction. Thus, by 2016 when the implementation of the Zolotiye Peski project is to be completed, it will have 550 apartments 27,000 sq. m in area, and the total area of the estate will be about 30,000 sq. m.
The total area of the commissioned 8-storey residential house is 3,700 sq. m. The house includes 81 apartments 3,300 sq. m in the aggregate area. Utility storerooms are situated on the ground floor of the building. Just about 7% of the apartments are still available for sale.
The area of the house is fenced, and a video surveillance system has been installed. Energy-saving multiple-glass units, quality metal entrance doors and a video intercom have been installed in the apartments. Lighting fixtures with motion sensors have been installed in public spaces. Besides, the building has a stand-alone heating system to be operated from a gas-fire boiler. The area surrounding the house has been comprehensively improved and landscaped, recreation areas and a playground for children have been arranged, and original outdoor lighting has been provided.
Kaliningrad Region is one of Russia’s regions with the biggest volumes of construction; according to the statistics of the Government of Kaliningrad Region, based on the results of 9 months of 2014, the region was the second among the entities of the Russian Federation by housing commissioning per person (0.751).
It is to be recalled that in 2014 Setl City Kaliningrad already commissioned 5 residential houses about 27,000 sq. m in total area, including the Prestige residential estate in Kaliningrad and 4 houses in Svetlogorsk – 2 in Leto RE and 2 in Alpenpark RE. Thus, Setl City has achieved the record volume of regional commissioning of residential sites in 2014, which has amounted to more than 30,000 sq. m. And by the end of the year Setl City Kaliningrad plans to commission another two residential houses in Leto RE.
