Setl City (a company of the Setl Group) continues implementing the large-scale residential project Chistoye Nebo (Clear Sky) that is being built in Primorsky District of St. Petersburg. The construction of another two houses over 72,000 sq. m has been started. They are situated along the perspective continuation of Komendantsky avenue, in immediate proximity to the future metro station. Petersburg Real Estate, the exclusive broker of the project, has already started sales in house No.2.2.
The second stage of the Clear Sky residential area consists of two houses (2.1 and 2.2) with 2,202 one-, two- and three-room apartments. Integrated commercial spaces about 5,600 sq. m in total area will be situated on the ground floors of the buildings. Both houses will have varying numbers of storeys (10 to 25). Besides, the project provides for the construction of underground car-parks under each house with the aggregate capacity of 478 cars. Commissioning is expected in the 2nd quarter of 2017.
All apartments will be handed over to buyers after complete fine finishing according to updated standards that have been adopted by Setl City a few days ago. E.g., the list of materials includes German wallpaper to be painted, wear-proof laminated flooring, Finnish doors between rooms, European bathroom fixtures, Kerama Marazzi ceramic tiles with ornamental elements, and a quality metal entrance door. Moreover, buyers will be offered a choice between a black and a white option of finishing to be distributed among apartments on even and odd storeys respectively.
It should be noted that 2 kindergartens for 190 kids each and a school for 1,375 pupils will be built in the yard of the first and second stages, the first kindergarten to be put into operation at the same time with the commissioning of the first house, in the 1st quarter of 2017.
In the middle of the next year, Setl City is planning to start the construction of the next, third stage of the project. The Clear Sky residential area will occupy 98 ha, where 1.3 million sq. m of housing and 14 social infrastructure sites will be built with many promenade areas and several retail facilities.
A distinguishing feature of the Clear Sky is the abundance of green areas: about 45 ha are landscaped. Besides, a united recreation area over 11 ha in total area will be created on the adjacent plot along Kamenka river.
