Setl City has started the construction of the Stockholm residential estate on the bank of Bolshaya Nevka river, right opposite Yelagin Island. Two residential buildings will be built here each in the form of a horseshoe looking out on water. St. Petersburg Realty, the exclusive broker of the project, will start the sales of apartments within the coming months.
RE Stockholm includes 2 residential buildings with the varying number of storeys (5, 6 and 7 storeys), and with 272 apartments, sharing an underground car-park for 320 cars. There will be spacious hallways designed according to a special project on the ground floors of the buildings. Besides, there will be a doctor’s office in an integrated space on the ground floor of one of the buildings.
The Studio 44 architect bureau is the author of the project. The total investment is estimated at 2.5 billion roubles.
Commissioning of the residential estate is expected in the 1st quarter of 2017.
Buyers will be offered a broad choice – from one-room to five-room apartments – in the RE Stockholm. Due to the original architectural concept of the houses, most of them will have a view of Bolshaya Nevka river and Yelagin Island. On the upper floors there will be apartments with terraces and floor-to-ceiling windows.
A promenade embankment along the estate will be is the special pride of the project. It is worthy of note that the courtyards of the residential estate’s houses are intended for pedestrians only and the entrances to the underground car-park and to the open parking lots will be on the outside of the buildings facing Primorsky avenue.
