The Philosophy at Moskovskaya Residential Estate is the Best Comfort-Class Project at the KAISSA competition

The Filosofiya na Moskovskoy (Philosophy at Moskovskaya) RE being built by Setl City (a company of Setl Group) has won in the nomination "The Best Development Project in the Economy and Comfort-Class Housing Market" at the KAISSA-2018 contest. The award presentation ceremony took place on December 18 in St. Petersburg. Commemorative diplomas and statuettes were awarded to the winners. The Philosophy at Moskovskaya high comfort-class residential estate is being built in the upscale Moscow district, not far from the Victory Square. The project includes three residential 12-storey houses with an underground and an aboveground parking lots, designed for a total of 632 cars. Also, there will be an integrated kindergarten for 110 children. The architecture of the RE is a combination of modern concepts and loft-style elements. Rainscreen walls will be faced with noble gray porcelain gres tiles, panels and red ceramic facing bricks in combination with tinted glass. Security of tenants will be ensured by video surveillance cameras installed around the buildings, at the entrances and near the elevators. The Philosophy at Moskovskaya RE is being built within walking distance from the Moskovskaya metro station, in the quarter with a well-developed social, trade and service infrastructure. Setl City has also provided everything necessary for comfortable living in the area of the RE. Thus, the ground floors of the residential estate will house commercial premises, in which cafés, convenience stores and other infrastructure facilities will be opened later. In the completely car-free courtyards, Setl City will arrange bright playgrounds, sports and recreation areas. Commissioning of the RE is expected in Q2 2020. The professional competition "KAISSA" was established in 1995 by the Association of Realtors of St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region for the purpose of identifying the best companies in the real estate sector. Winners are selected by voting. The jury consists of representatives of business, government agencies and the media.
